Our client is a leading regional bank, looking for an experienced Head of People Transformation to drive large-scale HR transformation initiatives, for a one-year contract role.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in organizational design, HR transformation, and change within complex, regulated environments, with a background in the banking industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to align organizational structures with business strategy and regulatory requirements
- Design and implement target operating models, workforce strategies, and governance frameworks
- Drive HR functional transformation, including operating model redesign, process optimization, and capability uplift
- Lead stakeholder engagement across HR, business, risk, and compliance teams
- Provide thought leadership on industry best practices, future-of-work trends, and banking-specific people challenges
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in HR transformation and organizational design
- Proven experience working within the banking and financial services industry
- Demonstrated ability to operate at the executive level, influencing and challenging senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
