We are hiring a Head of Performance Marketing and Growth to join a high growth consumer brand based in Dubai. Our client is a major player in the regional retail space and is currently building a performance marketing machine designed to hyper scale revenue across the UAE and KSA.

This is a rare chance to join a business during a period of aggressive expansion where every marketing effort ladders up to one specific outcome which is predictable online revenue growth.

As a Head of Performance Marketing and Growth you will be the primary driver of digital growth. You will take full ownership of the paid acquisition engine and marketplace performance.

This is not a brand management or high level oversight role.

We are looking for a specialist who has personally built and scaled high velocity DTC performance systems for consumer brands.

Your focus will be on engineering a growth machine that delivers 100 percent online growth in both the UAE and KSA markets. You will prioritize revenue generation over brand aesthetics to ensure the business meets its ambitious scaling targets.

Discover the responsibilities

  • Scale paid advertising accounts aggressively across Meta and Google as well as regional marketplaces
  • Build and manage structured creative testing systems at scale to identify winning assets Develop and deploy high performing UGC ads that convert
  • Optimize customer acquisition costs and lifetime value to ensure profitable scaling
  • Deeply own and drive growth on Amazon Engineer a system that delivers 100 percent year on year online revenue growth
  • Analyze data daily to pivot strategies and maximize returns

Discover the requirements

  • Proven track record of building and scaling a high velocity DTC performance engine for a consumer brand
  • Hands on experience scaling paid acquisition and marketplace growth at serious volume Deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads with a focus on revenue rather than awareness
  • Ability to build and manage creative testing frameworks and UGC production
  • Strong experience in managing and growing Amazon accounts Technical proficiency in data analysis to track CAC and LTV accurately
  • Experience in the GCC market is highly preferred
