Position Purpose
We are conducting a search for a highly skilled Head of Performance Marketing to lead global growth initiatives for a rapidly expanding digital platform. This role is ideal for a senior marketing leader with deep expertise in paid acquisition, funnel optimisation, analytics, and revenue-driven growth across multiple international markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling user acquisition, driving paid media strategy, and delivering measurable business impact across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and emerging markets. This is a senior, high-visibility role with direct influence over global marketing strategy and budget allocation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global performance marketing strategy across search, social, programmatic, affiliates, display, retargeting, and mobile user acquisition networks.
- Own the full acquisition funnel from awareness to conversion and retention, optimising for CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
- Develop and execute multi-market paid media campaigns, adapting strategies to regional dynamics and regulatory environments.
- Drive experimentation through structured testing, creative optimisation, landing page testing, and conversion rate improvements.
- Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to enhance onboarding flows, attribution accuracy, and user journey optimisation.
- Manage global marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency, forecasting, and return on investment.
- Produce performance dashboards, insights, and executive-level reporting for leadership and board stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global media partners, agencies, ad networks, and martech vendors.
- Guide a high-performing team of performance marketers across regions, fostering technical excellence and data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and market shifts to maintain a competitive edge in acquisition performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, or growth marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record driving large-scale paid acquisition for fintech, trading platforms, technology companies, or fast-growing digital businesses.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms, affiliate networks, mobile UA networks, attribution platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to manage CAC, LTV, ROI, and efficiency ratios across multiple business units.
- Experience leading multi-region acquisition programs (Asia + Europe strongly preferred).
- Comfortable working in a high-paced, data-driven environment with constant experimentation and scaling.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence across product, marketing, and executive teams.
- Experience mentoring and developing global teams in high-growth environments.
