Job Description

Our client, a global media agency in looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to join their growing team in Dubai. Reporting to Managing Director, you will be responsible for spearheading the paid social and display strategy and execution for the top global brands. You will be a key stakeholder in the global marketing team and a trusted leader to our Demand Generation team.

Domain knowledge and expertise in harnessing the right mar-tech stack, audience targeting and messaging in the paid social and display ads will be needed.

What you'll do:

Iterate and scale client's paid social and display strategy into a world-class onethrough experimentation and refining existing frameworks and playbook.

Lead a high performing team and work with regional team and various local marketing teams to plan, execute, gather and share insights

Build strong foundations and growth engines with large media platforms from Meta, TikTok, and Google.

Deploy cutting edge marketing technologies such as Generative AI, Mobile App ads and customer data platform in line with industry trends to ensure a competitive edge.

Be at the forefront of global paid media trends and demonstrate industry thought leadership

Grow, mentor and inspire our in-house team of talented performance marketers to think out of the box and raise performance standards.

What you'll need:

Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Business or related/demonstrated experience in paid media.

An expert and true enthusiasts in paid social and display channel marketing, with at least 8-10 years experience in an advertising agency and/or in-house performance marketing role

Expert proficiency in ad platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Tiktok Ads. Relevant certification such ads Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are plus points

Experience in deploying marketing technologies such as and not limited to Generative AI, Mobile App ads and customer data platform

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Experience with A/B testing, incrementality testing, brand/conversion lift studies and optimization techniques

Creative thinking and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and digital advertising trends.

Enthusiastic team player who is able to rally and manage different stakeholders globally to work out best-in-class solutions and proposals together.

Bring a strong POV and paid social and display vision along with a clear, concise ability to articulate direction, thoughts and briefs to internal and external partners.

Prior experience leading and mentoring a team of creatives across different geographies and cultures.
