As Hantec Trader has grown we require a dedicated support agent who will be able to provide support to customers via multiple channels but also act as a liaison for internal teams in resolving complex issues. With our volume in South America increasing, the need for a PT speaker has increased.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a commercially driven and data led Head of Performance Marketing to lead our global acquisition strategy across all paid media and performance channels.
In this role, you will own the end to end growth engine, from strategic planning and funnel design through to optimisation, attribution, and measurable revenue impact. You will play a critical role in scaling customer acquisition, improving conversion efficiency, and maximising long term customer value through data driven and AI powered strategies.
You will collaborate cross functionally with CRM, Product, Data, Compliance, and Creative teams to deliver a seamless and high performing customer journey across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Strategy and Growth
Define and execute full funnel acquisition strategies across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, programmatic, and affiliate channels
Drive scalable customer acquisition and revenue growth across key international markets
Continuously optimise CAC, ROAS, and customer lifetime value
Funnel and Conversion Optimisation
Own and enhance the full customer journey from ad to landing page to onboarding to retention
Lead CRO initiatives to improve landing pages, forms, and conversion flows
Partner with CRM teams to strengthen retargeting and lifecycle marketing strategies
Tracking, Data and Attribution
Oversee tracking infrastructure including UTM governance, GTM, and GA4 implementation
Develop and refine event based tracking frameworks
Improve attribution accuracy and performance measurement across channels
AI, Testing and Creative Performance
Leverage AI tools to drive creative production, testing, and optimisation
Build and scale structured A B testing frameworks across campaigns and landing pages
Collaborate closely with Creative teams to identify and scale high performing assets
Budget and Performance Governance
Own budget allocation across channels and geographies to maximise return on investment
Scale high performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency benchmarks
Deliver clear performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
