About the Role
Head of Platform & Partnerships to own the growth, performance, ecosystem expansion, and innovation of the platform. This role sits at the intersection of platform leadership, strategic partnerships, and product R&D. The ideal candidate has experience working with large-scale stakeholders (government entities, giga projects, federations, tourism authorities, major brands) while also owning platform performance, roadmap evolution, and feature innovation.
Responsibilities, Not limited to:
- Securing and managing mega strategic partnerships
- Ensuring best-in-class application performance
- Leading R&D of new features, capabilities, and platform extensions
- Positioning the platform as the national digital hub for Tourism, entertainment and culture.
Qualifications & Requirement:
- 10+ years of experience in platform leadership, partnerships, product, or digital ecosystem roles.
- Proven experience signing and managing large-scale strategic partnerships.
- Strong background in consumer platforms, marketplaces, or super-apps.
- Experience owning application performance, scalability, and roadmap execution.
- Strong commercial acumen combined with product and technology understanding.
- Experience working in or building platforms for Saudi Arabia or GCC markets.
Required Skills
- Experience working with government entities, giga projects, or national initiatives.
- Previous role as Head of Platform, Head of Partnerships, Head of Product of a digital platform.
- Experience in entertainment, tourism, sports, travel, or cultural platforms.
- Exposure to emerging tech (AI personalization, data platforms, APIs, integrations).

- Strong commercial acumen combined with product and technology understanding.
