About the Role:

As the Head of PMO, you'll be the central point for the COO, turning strategic vision into a structured, visible, and predictable execution roadmap. You'll oversee the end-to-end Payment Integration Lifecycle, coordinating the high-stakes intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, and Compliance.

What You'll Do:

-Strategic Oversight: Serve as the COO's Single Source of Truth, delivering executive-level insights via dashboards (Jira/Monday/Tableau) and weekly syncs with department heads.

-Integration & Product Delivery: Own PSP/Bank integrations from API review to Production Go-Live. Standardize processes to reduce Time-to-Market for new payment rails.

-Operational Excellence: Proactively manage at-risk projects, align with regulatory standards (PCI DSS, PSD2), and ensure agile governance across teams.

Who We're Looking For:

-5+ years in Project/Program Management, with 3+ in Fintech/Payments; 1+ years leading teams of 2+.

-Strong technical literacy in API architectures, Webhooks, and payment flows.

-Expert in Jira/Confluence and PMO software.

-Degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.

Willingness to adapt to new locations and immerse in the fintech ecosystem.
