FIX Dessert Chocolatier is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of PR & Communications to lead the brand's public image, storytelling, and media presence. The role will focus on building strong media relationships, managing brand reputation, and driving impactful communication strategies that support the company's growth and visibility.
PR Strategy & Brand Positioning
- Develop and execute the overall PR and communications strategy aligned with the company's vision and business goals.
- Define and maintain brand voice, messaging, and storytelling across all communication channels.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the brand's positioning in the premium dessert and lifestyle sector.
- Support major product launches, brand campaigns, and announcements.
Media Relations & Publicity
- Build and maintain relationships with regional and international media outlets.
- Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and official brand communications
- Coordinate media interviews, press features, and brand events.
- Monitor and evaluate media coverage and PR performance.
Influencer & Partnership Communications
- Develop strategies for influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
- Identify and manage brand ambassadors and key opinion leaders aligned with the brand.
- Lead communications around collaborations, campaigns, and co-branded initiatives.
Corporate & Internal Communications
- Ensure consistent messaging across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support leadership with executive communications, speeches, and presentations.
- Prepare communication materials for internal updates and corporate announcements.
Reputation & Crisis Management
- Protect and enhance the company's brand reputation.
- Develop and implement crisis communication strategies and response plans.
- Manage sensitive issues with clear and timely communication.
Digital & Social PR
- Work closely with marketing and social media teams to amplify digital campaigns and product launches.
- Manage online media coverage and digital PR opportunities.
- Track brand sentiment and engagement across digital channels.
Leadership & Agency Management
- Manage external PR agencies and communication partners.
- Set KPIs and measure the success of PR initiatives.

Experience

- Strong network with regional and international media outlets and influencers.
- Experience managing PR agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
