Head of Premises Design (Engineering Dept.)

JOB PURPOSE

To Manage Full Design & technical activities required for finalizing the projects within budget & on time including coordination among the inter-related ADIB departments and guidelines. Monitor and Provide recommendations concerning the stock controlling & projects payments follow up. Also responsible for all the coordination between the design team and the projects team to maintain smooth execution and delivery target date to ADIB projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of previous experience in same field

• Design by Using AutoCAD – Any other projects programs (Revit, 3d max, etc.) is a plus
