About the Role

We are hiring a senior leader to own pricing frameworks and liquidity strategy across a large, multi-asset electronic trading business. This is a highly strategic role sitting at the intersection of trading, risk, and technology, with clear independence from execution.

Responsibilities

What You'll Own

• Reference price construction and pricing logic across asset classes
• Spreads, mark-ups, and pricing guardrails (normal & stressed markets)
• Firm-wide liquidity architecture: venues, counterparties, resilience
• Economics of internalisation vs external execution
• Cost-of-liquidity and hedge economics frameworks
• Governance, controls, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Senior experience in pricing, liquidity, or market structure within market makers, broker-dealers, electronic trading firms, or prime brokerage
• Deep understanding of market microstructure, spread economics, and liquidity dynamics
• Proven ability to operate alongside trading desks with independence
• High accountability, low ego leadership style
