We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Product Development to lead and transform our product portfolio within the mobility.

This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can drive innovation, optimize product lifecycles, and build commercially viable solutions in a fast-evolving market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and management of end-to-end product and service lifecycles

Develop innovative and flexible contracting/pricing models aligned with market demands

Establish product management frameworks, governance models, and best practices

Drive market research, competitor benchmarking, and opportunity identification

Collaborate with commercial, operations, and customer teams to ensure product-market fit

Ensure profitability, scalability, and continuous improvement of product offerings

Who we're looking for:

• Proven leadership experience in product development within motors, mobility, or transportation sectors
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, contracts, and revenue optimization
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
• Experience in building frameworks, processes, and product governance structures
