About the Role:
Lead the end-to-end product strategy, development, and performance of the Money Fellows Card Product.

This role owns both the commercial drive (revenue, partnerships, pricing, customer acquisition & usage) and the technical delivery (features, integrations, operational reliability). The Head of Product (Card) ensures the card function grows sustainably by aligning technical roadmap with commercial objectives, engaging cross-

functional teams, and delivering a highly competitive financial product to market

Key Responsibilities


  • Define the long-term vision and product direction for Money Fellows Cards, ensuring alignment with company goals, customer needs, and market dynamics.
  • Oversee revenue growth, pricing strategy, customer acquisition, card usage, portfolio profitability, and partnerships with banks or financial institutions.
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, and fintech partners to build, release, and optimize card features, integrations, and system performance.
  • Ensure the card experience (activation, issuance, payments, servicing) is smooth, intuitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Leverage data insights to drive decisions, refine customer journeys, identify growth opportunities, and enhance product profitability and adoption.
  • Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to maintain product compliance with card schemes, payment regulations, and financial standards.
  • Partner with commercial, engineering, operations, marketing, and finance teams to deliver product targets, resolve roadblocks, and sustain operational excellence.

Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong commercial background with proven experience in driving product growth, pricing strategies, and revenue-focused product execution.
  • Experience in card products, financial services, payments, or fintech is highly preferred.
  • Technical background or strong experience working closely with engineering teams.
  • Experience managing third-party payment providers, card issuers, or banking integrations.
  • Proven experience using data analysis, KPIs, and OKRs for product decision-making.
  • Experience managing consumer-facing digital products.
