Head of Product

Our Client is an Arabic-first commerce platform for merchants in Saudi Arabia. We are hiring two hands-on leaders to own product direction and engineering delivery, using AI to help a small team achieve exceptional speed and quality.

Own Client's product vision, roadmap, feature definition, acceptance, and merchant enablement. Partner with the Head of Engineering to take merchant problems through discovery, delivery, and adoption.

You will produce specifications and prototypes, test workflows, and assess results directly.

What You Will Own

• Set product direction, priorities, and scope within agreed business goals and budget.
• Translate merchant needs into complete workflows, clear specifications, acceptance criteria, and success measures.
• Use AI for research synthesis, prototyping, feature definition, and acceptance work.
• Own usability and product acceptance, including error and permission states, onboarding, guidance, and adoption.
• Resolve scope and delivery tradeoffs with Engineering and communicate progress through
  
  

demonstrated merchant outcomes.

What You Bring

• Evidence of taking commerce, SaaS, or operational products from customer problems to shipped and adopted workflows.
• Strong discovery, prioritization, specification, and measurement skills, with clear examples of tradeoffs.
• Hands-on AI proficiency: personally produce and evaluate useful prototypes, specifications, and acceptance materials.
• The ability to test a product critically, question assumptions, and distinguish activity from customer value.
• Comfort with Arabic-first merchant experiences and close technical collaboration; ability to work independently in a small team.
  
  

AI-assisted product work is mandatory. You must show how AI improves your speed and output while you retain responsibility for problem selection, product quality, and merchant outcomes.

First 90 days

Establish the product baseline, agree launch scope and acceptance criteria, demonstrate complete priority workflows, and prepare onboarding and feedback processes. Partner with Engineering on migration readiness and a credible pilot plan.
