Are you a leader with a passion for bringing world-class events and exhibitions to life

We're looking for a dynamic Head of Production & Operations to join our team , leading the full cycle of event production from concept and planning to on-site execution.

In this pivotal role, you'll oversee end-to-end production, operations, and logistics, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of creativity, quality, safety, and efficiency. You'll collaborate closely with creative, technical, and client servicing teams to deliver seamless experiences that leave a lasting impact.

Core Responsibilities

Operations: Plan venues, permits, HSE, logistics, setup/dismantle; build & enforce SOPs; orchestrate cross-functional teams; manage risk & contingencies; ensure compliance (Dubai Municipality, RTA, Civil Defense).

Production: Oversee fabrication (3D signage, kiosks, stands); align design intent with output; manage materials-to-installation lifecycle; coordinate AV/LED/lighting; approve timelines, BOQs, and fabrication budgets.

Client & Execution: Act as primary POC for clients and authorities; lead on-site teams (supervisors, coordinators, technicians, contractors); drive real-time problem-solving and flawless show days.

People Leadership: Mentor operations/production/logistics/technical teams; foster collaboration, accountability, innovation; run HSE and service excellence trainings.

Financial/Strategy: Own budgets, cost sheets, supplier contracts; optimize costs without quality loss; support BD with technical inputs; deliver post-event analytics and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

Strong leadership and cross-department coordination.

Deep knowledge of event production, fabrication materials, AV/AR/VR/LED systems, permits & safety.

Proven budget control, cost optimization, and vendor management.

Tools: AutoCAD, MS Office, project scheduling.

Excellent stakeholder and client management.

A hands-on production/operations leader who can translate creative vision into compliant, efficient, high-impact live experienceswhile steering teams, vendors, timelines, and costs.
