Your Mission:

As Head of Projects, you'll lead and scale a commercial project management function that delivers operational excellence and strategic impact. From standardizing best practices to driving cross-functional collaboration, you'll ensure every project aligns with business priorities and exceeds expectations.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and inspire a high-performing project management team.
• Deliver large-scale, global projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Implement robust frameworks and methodologies for consistent success.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and keep projects on track.

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years in project/program management, with at least 2 in leadership.
• Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in tools like Jira, Monday.com, and Microsoft Project.
• Passion for the gaming industry and a results-driven mindset.
• Bonus: Experience in gambling or construction projects.
