Head of Quality Performance and Reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience across Quality Management and Performance/Reporting functions.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership/management role.
• Previous experience in railway, metro, transportation, infrastructure, or other regulated operations is highly preferred.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams covering Quality Assurance, Quality Management, Document Control, Performance Management, and Reporting.
• Strong experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), and ISO 9001 standards.
• Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks, KPIs, targets, benchmarking, and performance reporting.
• Experience managing performance regimes within a regulated or contractual environment.
• Proven experience dealing with regulators, clients, government authorities, certification bodies, and external auditors.
• Experience with document control governance and organizational records management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with senior management and Board-level stakeholders.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills; German is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with BI and reporting tools, such as Power BI.
