We are currently partnering with a well-established real estate platform in the UAE to identify a senior investment professional to support the growth of its investment and advisory activities.

This is a leadership opportunity for someone with strong experience in real estate investment sales, investor relationships, and deal origination across the UAE/GCC market.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and execute real estate investment opportunities
• Develop relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and developers
• Advise clients on investment strategies and transactions
• Support the continued growth of the firm's investment advisory platform
• Lead and mentor junior team members where required

Candidate Profile

We are interested in speaking with professionals who have:

• 8+ years experience in real estate investment sales, advisory, or capital raising
• Background with a leading advisory firm, brokerage, or institutional platform
• Strong understanding of UAE real estate investment markets
• Demonstrated ability to originate and close investment transactions
• An established network of investors and market participants
