The Opportunity
We are partnering with a well-established Financial Services Group in Dubai supporting an ambitious regional and international growth strategy.
The organization is seeking a Head of Recruitment to lead and scale its talent acquisition function across the UAE and wider GCC region, in a highly competitive and fast-evolving market.
This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape hiring strategy in a business with complex, high-volume and senior-level recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the end-to-end recruitment strategy across multiple business lines
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team
- Act as a strategic partner to C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Lead hiring for critical, senior and specialist roles within Financial Services
- Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding
- Manage and optimize relationships with external recruitment partners
- Use hiring data, metrics, and market intelligence to inform decision-making
Ideal Profile
- 8+ years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, including leadership roles
- Strong background in Financial Services (banking, asset management, fintech, insurance, PE/VC)
- Proven experience hiring in Dubai and the GCC region
- Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder influence
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
