About Richmond Properties
Richmond Properties is a Dubai-based real estate company focused on connecting international investors with high-quality property opportunities across the UAE.
As Dubai continues to attract increasing levels of global wealth and international capital, Richmond is expanding its research capabilities to better understand global investor demand and identify the markets and audiences with the greatest potential.
We are looking for a senior research professional who can bring together market intelligence, investment analysis and commercial strategy to help shape Richmond's international growth.

- Produce concise, management-grade research with clear conclusions and recommendations.
- Present research and investment theses to international investors and senior stakeholders.
- Represent Richmond at roadshows, conferences, private events, media interviews and industry panels.
You Will Have
- Significant experience in investment research, capital markets, real estate, economics, strategy or a related field.
- Strong understanding of international investment and cross-border capital flows.
- Experience researching HNW/UHNW investors, family offices, funds or institutional capital.
