Job Description

Location: Egypt / Remote

Contract: Full Time

Role Purpose:

  • The Head of RevOps is responsible for designing and optimizing the company's revenue engine to ensure predictable, scalable, and controlled growth.
  • This role is focused on building the system that makes revenue happen, rather than selling itself.
  • You will report directly to the CEO and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Presales, and Delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1) Revenue Engine Design

Define the full revenue lifecycle

Lead → Qualification → Proposal → Closing → Handover

Establish clear stage definitions and exit criteria

Design efficient workflows across all commercial functions

  • 2) Pipeline & Flow Governance

Ensure all opportunities are properly structured and progressing

Monitor pipeline movement and deal discipline

Identify bottlenecks, delays, and leakage points

  • 3) Commercial Governance

Define pricing frameworks and discount policies

Enforce approval matrices and commercial controls

Maintain proposal quality and consistency

  • 4) Performance Intelligence

Build accurate forecasting models

Analyze conversion rates and sales cycle duration

Provide executive insights on revenue health and performance trends

  • 5) Systems & Tools Ownership

Own CRM structure, logic, and data quality

Ensure full adoption and compliance across teams

Strengthen reporting reliability and pipeline visibility

  • 6) Cross-Functional Alignment

Align Marketing, Sales, Presales, and Delivery

Remove operational friction between departments

Improve handover quality and commercial flow

  • 7) Intervention System

Build automated alerts and escalation workflows

Create playbooks for predictable actions and interventions

Standardize decision triggers across the pipeline

What We're Looking For:

  • 8 –12 years of experience in:
  • Revenue Operations
  • Sales Operations
  • Commercial Strategy
  • Revenue Enablement
  • Experience in complex B2G or solution-selling environments
  • Proven success in building scalable revenue systems and governance frameworks
