Role: Head of SaaS Products

Core Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap from acquisition to renewal.
- Improve signup conversion, activation rate, and renewal rate while reducing churn.
- Ensure merchant onboarding, support, and billing experiences work as one seamless system.
- Build tools, systems, and automations that help merchants launch faster, sell more, and stay longer.
- Monitor activation, renewal, and success metrics across cohorts, industries, and personas.
Requirements & Background
- 7+ years of experience in product management or lifecycle leadership roles.
- Proven experience owning SaaS or subscription product performance ideally in commerce, billing, or lifecycle management.
- Deep understanding of merchant onboarding, activation, monetization, and retention dynamics.
- Track record of improving key metrics such as activation rate, time to first sale, churn, and renewal.
