Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales with a strong background in UAE Business Setup/Company Formation to lead our sales team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of mainland, free zone, and offshore company formation processes within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the business setup sales team.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, referrals, and direct sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, entrepreneurs, and government stakeholders.
- Advise clients on the most suitable business setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
- Ensure the sales pipeline is actively managed and accurately updated in the CRM.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations and PRO teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of sales experience in UAE Business Setup/Company Formation.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading a sales team.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Preferred Candidate:
- Existing network of investors, SMEs, startups, and corporate clients in the UAE.
- Experience working with business setup consultancies or corporate service providers.
- Ability to develop strategic partnerships and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Strong understanding of UAE commercial regulations and licensing procedures.
