Head of Sales & Marketing

PERCUP is building its B2B division and we're looking for a hands-on commercial leader to own it end to end. You'll open doors across hotels, restaurants and cafés in the UAE and GCC, close and grow accounts, lead HORECA activations and trade marketing, and work hand in hand with our operations and partnerships teams.

You'll build the pipeline, hit practical targets, and eventually build the team.

Reports directly to the Founder.

You bring: a proven B2B / HORECA sales record in the UAE or GCC, a live network of trade contacts, and the drive to build a book of business from scratch.

What you'll do:

•   Build the B2B / HORECA division from the ground up and hit practical, agreed sales targets.

•   Prospect, pitch, negotiate, close and grow accounts across UAE & GCC hospitality.

•   Lead HORECA activations, tastings, events and trade marketing.

•   Partner with operations and partnerships to deliver flawlessly on every account.

What you bring:

•   Proven B2B sales in HORECA / F&B / hospitality in the UAE or GCC, with an existing trade network.

•   A door-opener and closer with strong commercial, negotiation and marketing instincts.

•   Hands-on, entrepreneurial, collaborative. UAE licence and Arabic a plus.
