Milele is looking for a dynamic
Head of Sales & Marketing to lead commercial growth of its newly established
Foods Business across the UAE and GCC.This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving revenue, building distribution networks and owning the full commercial strategy across Modern Trade, General Trade, HORECA and Export channels.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Develop and execute the annual commercial strategy aligned with BU growth targets.
- Design and optimize route-to-market and distributor performance across channels.
- Lead Modern Trade and key account strategy including listings, JBPs, and promotions.
- Define pricing architecture and manage trade spend to protect margins.
- Drive accurate forecasting and align with supply chain through S&OP planning.
- Execute trade marketing initiatives to improve visibility and sell-out performance.
- Lead brand launches and campaign execution to accelerate market penetration.
- Track commercial KPIs and build a high-performance sales & marketing team.

- Net sales vs target (monthly/quarterly)
- Distribution expansion & shelf availability
- Trade ROI & promotion effectiveness
- Forecast accuracy & inventory health
- Sales growth and profitability
What We're Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
- 812 years of experience in FMCG (UAE/GCC exposure preferred)
- Proven track in Modern Trade and distributor-led route-to-market experience
- Strong commercial acumen (pricing, promo ROI, distribution metrics)
- Experience launching new FMCG brands.
