Job Description

Role Purpose:

The Field Sales Manager is responsible for developing new business, retaining existing clients, and growing revenue across all DP World portfolio in Egypt. This role involves direct engagement with customers, overseeing sales pipelines, and implementing strategies to meet business growth targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated commercial strategies and 35-year growth plans.
  • Lead sales teams across multiple sectors and drive cross-selling opportunities between logistics vertically.
  • Meet sales targets, with full responsibility for end-of-end sales.
  • Identify new business opportunities, as he will oversee selling DPW portfolio of assets in Egypt.
  • Lead strategic projects such as new facility launches and regional expansions while overseeing budgeting and ROI tracking.
  • Supervise pricing strategy and margin management and approve major customer proposals and contracts.
  • Establish commercial KPIs and dashboards while coaching leads to achieving sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors move to guide competitive positioning and value propositions.
  • Work with Finance, Operations, and HR to ensure strategies are executable and align with annual budget planning.
  • Lead a multi-level organization while fostering a culture of accountability and presenting progress to executive leadership.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles within logistics, shipping, or supply chain.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-sector commercial teams.
  • Strong track record in strategic planning, sales leadership, project management, and contract negotiation.
  • Deep understanding of logistics market trends, pricing models, and customer solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver large-scale commercial projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are required.
  • Strong knowledge of international logistics, Incoterms, customs procedures and trade regulations.
