G4S Egypt is hiring a Head of Sales who will report directly to the Managing Director, own the MSS commercial function, and earn on an uncapped commission scheme.

G4S Egypt is the country's leading Manned Security Services provider, working across oil & gas, logistics, manufacturing, retail, and government sectors.We are hiring a Head of Sales to lead our MSS commercial function in Cairo — managing four sales executives, owning the country sales target, and reporting directly to the Managing Director. This is a hands-on commercial leadership role: you will carry an individual target alongside your team's, run the Salesforce pipeline, and personally close the largest deals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Own the MSS commercial function for G4S Egypt — country revenue, pipeline, and team performance
  • Manage and develop a team of four sales executives — coaching on Salesforce discipline, deal qualification, and consultative selling
  • Carry an individual sales target alongside the team target — leading from the front on the largest and most strategic accounts
  • Run the full Salesforce workflow end-to-end — opportunity registration, DQS scoring (80% on all deals above GBP 10k ACV), pipeline reviews, accurate forecasting
  • Partner with the costing team to build commercially compliant proposals at or above budgeted gross margin
  • Own quarterly business reviews with the MD — pipeline health, win/loss analysis, commercial risk
  • Build relationships with C-suite and procurement leadership at strategic accounts across oil & gas, logistics, manufacturing, retail, and services

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 8 years of B2B services sales experience in Egypt — ideally Manned Security, FM, B2B logistics, or B2B services.
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on Salesforce experience — must be able to operate the platform from week one. Candidates with Oracle / SAP CRM / HubSpot-at-scale
  • considered if Salesforce ramp-up plan is credible.
  • Demonstrable track record carrying and consistently hitting an individual sales quota —please reference real numbers in your application
  • Experience managing or mentoring at least 2–3 sales people — formal team management is preferred but strong informal experience is acceptable
  • Excellent written and spoken English — proposals and reports go to regional and group leadership
  • Egyptian Arabic native or near-native — most customer-facing meetings are in Arabic
  • University degree (any discipline)
  • Willingness to be hands-on, hungry for the next title, and comfortable in a re-launching commercial function
