EgyCham is hiring Head of sales (wholesale) for one of our clients in Food and Beverage Manufacturing Industry.

Role Description

  • Develop and execute the wholesale sales strategy to achieve volume, revenue, and market coverage targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and large-volume customers.
  • Own accountability for wholesale sales targets, KPIs, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Define and control pricing, discounting, credit terms, and trade agreements in coordination with Finance.
  • Drive market expansion and penetration, including onboarding new distributors and opening new territories.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • From 10 to 12 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in wholesale within the Food & Beverage industry (manufacturing, FMCG, or food service is mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of wholesale distribution models, channel management, and trade terms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large sales volumes with controlled margins.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
