Head of Sales & Marketing ELE Interior Design

ELE Interior Design is a premium luxury design studio based in Dubai, known for creating bespoke, high-end residential and commercial spaces. We combine creative excellence with strategic business growth, delivering unforgettable environments for discerning clients.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead the company's commercial growth and brand-building efforts. You will be responsible for setting and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, driving revenue and elevating brand presence in the market and leading a high performance team. This role is both strategic and hands-on approach, requiring creativity, leadership and a strong business expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales & Growth

Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis and bran positioning overview to identify new opportunities in the Market.
Set sales goals, sales KPI's and track performance records to deliver measurable outcomes..

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients of ELE Interior Design

Sales Management & Client Engagement

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposals, presentations, negotiations, and deal closure.

Supervise CRM systems, sales pipelines, forecasting, and monthly reporting to Studio Management.

Ensure timely follow-up on leads, proposals, and client communications to maximize conversion rates.

Represent ELE Interior Design in client meetings, pitches, presentations, exhibitions, and major business and networking events.

Lead pricing strategies, commercial proposals, and contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with ELE's premium positioning and profitability goals.

Collaborate closely with design and project teams to ensure client expectations are clearly translated into deliverables.

Monitor client satisfaction and post-project engagement to support retention, referrals, and upselling opportunities.


Marketing, Brand and Lead Generation Strategy

Brand Positioning & Strategy

Defined and execute a complete marketing strategy aligned with ELE's luxury design and premium positioning in UAE Market.

Elevate brand awareness and perception among high-net-worth individual (HNW)

Ensured all communications aligned with and reflected the brand's sophisticated identity

Digital Marketing Lead Generation

Responsible for attracting potential customers and creating and categorizing high-quality, engaging content across multiple social media platforms to grow audiences and drive interaction.

Plan and execute multi-channels campaign planning, execution and performance optimization.

Manage SEO, Google Ads, paid social media campaigns, and performance marketing to generate qualified lead.

Manage email marketing, CRM workflows, newsletters, and automated engagement journey.

Monitor digital performance metrics to optimize strategic campaigns and ROI.

PR & Media Collaboration

Manage relationships with PR agencies including, photographers, videographers, and design publications.

Reporting & Optimization

Monitor and report on key metrics, sales KPI's and marketing campaign performance.

Use date insights to optimize strategy and improve ROI.

Manage budget and allocate resources effectively.

Leadership & Internal Collaboration
Lead and mentor Sales and Marketing team, setting goals and performance expectations.

Work closely with design team, project delivery and operations team to ensure smooth execution.

Align with the team for sales and marketing plans to maintain consistency.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

A hands-on approach with a can-do spirit

Must be proactive with a meticulous eye for detail.

Proven leadership experience in sales and marketing, preferably in luxury services, design and real estate or private sectors.

Strong strategic thinking and excellent communication.

Track record of meeting sales goals and driving brand growth

Well experience with CRM systems and marketing analytic tools

Proactive, result-oriented with strong leadership capability.

  • Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
  • An excellent manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
