About the Role

As Head of Sales and Operations, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's strategic direction, optimizing operational performance, and leading high-impact sales initiatives. This position requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in the UAE real estate market, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction across sales and operational functions.
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
• Oversee sales strategies, project development, marketing, and operational activities.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and track operational KPIs.
• Build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with UAE legal, regulatory, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of proven experience in senior leadership roles within real estate or property development (UAE experience preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth and operational excellence.

Required Skills

• Essential is extensive experience in real estate sales and operations within the UAE market, particularly Abu Dhabi.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with project management software.
• Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations.
