Description

Sales Department:

* Managing a team of Sales Associates.

* Check all forecast sales figures done by the Pricing Analyst.

* Manages and checks the progress of all on-boarded properties to ensure they hit their milestones and are on

* track according to the project targets.

* Provide general information on our services.

* Check every contract before the client signs and handover the keys.

* Ensure projects are completed within the specified timeframes and provide real-time data.

* Writes and implements policy and procedure manuals for the department Builds structure, process, and

* management to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding for each property.

* Acts as an integral part of our bigger sales signing projects due to the growing success.

* Guide the team in preparing booking contracts for long stays and understands and manage the process for

* calculating long stays. Ensure the team accurately logs, files, and stores all contracts for the department relating

* to any owned property.

Client Support Department:

* Overseeing the team on how they manage the needs and requirements of our owners via email and telephone.

* Monitor how they respond to queries and requests for monthly statements/earnings.

* Overlook how they manage owner booking queries and manage expectations.

* See how the team coordinates with other departments to ensure essential maintenance is up to date for owner

* properties.

* Guide the team with reminders for bill payments/service charges/renewals/cancellations Provide advice and

* real-time information on owner listings/bookings.

* Monitor how the team replies to reviews on owner listings. Handover of properties back to owners.

Requirements:

* 10-15 years of relevant sales experience.

* Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.

* Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions,

* recommendations, and drive actions.

* Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.

* Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention

* to detail, and ability to multitask.

* Strong leadership and team building skills.

* Relevant experience in property management.
