:

• 5+ years of UAE real estate brokerage experience with strong secondary-market exposure

• Proven experience leading and managing a secondary-market sales team

• Strong knowledge of Dubai's ready and resale property market

• Strong network of property owners, investors, buyers, and agents

• Proven track record in resale transactions and achieving sales targets

• Experience in property listings, owner acquisition, and inventory building

• Strong understanding of Dubai communities, property valuations, and market trends

• Excellent negotiation, closing, and client relationship management skills

• Ability to coach, motivate, and drive team performance
