The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales Secondary Real Estate to lead, scale, and optimise our secondary market operations.
This is a senior leadership role for a proven secondary market professional who can build high-performing teams, drive revenue growth, and capitalize on our extensive off-plan client pipeline and brand strength.
You will be responsible for setting the vision, building structure, and delivering results in a highly competitive, fast-paced Dubai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of secondary market property consultants to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop high-performing agents to expand market coverage.
- Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and drive a results-driven sales culture.
Secondary Sales Growth
- Drive new business through our extensive off-plan client database, referrals, and strategic networks.
- Oversee the full secondary sales lifecycle, from prospecting and valuation to negotiation and closing.
- Personally close high-value transactions while supporting team deal progression.
Strategy & Market Positioning
- Develop and execute secondary market sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Monitor market trends, pricing movements, competitor activity, and regulatory updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, listing quality, and client retention.
Operations & Performance
- Utilise Property Finder, Bayut, CRM platforms, and Google Workspace to manage pipelines and performance.
- Work closely with marketing to deliver targeted campaigns and high-quality lead generation.
- Prepare regular performance reports, forecasts, and insights for senior management.
Client & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Drive repeat and referral business through exceptional service and long-term client engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4+ years of Dubai real estate brokerage experience, primarily within the secondary market.
- Proven experience managing and leading a sales team.
- Strong deal-closing ability with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to build structure, train agents, and scale a sales operation.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai property laws, transaction processes, and RERA regulations.
- Proficiency in Property Finder, Bayut, CRM systems, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Valid RERA license and UAE driving license (mandatory).
