Sales Enablement: Work closely with marketing and internal teams to ensure sales readiness and efficiency
CRM & Sales Systems: Ensure the sales team utilizes tools (e.g., CRM, Dashboard, reports, ...) to enhance productivity and visibility
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery and client retention
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience in forecasting and sales reporting
Strong background with IT services or MSP companies
Solid track record of building and managing sales teams
Ability to drive revenue through strategic planning and execution
Comfortable working with C-level clients and enterprise accounts
Hands-on approach in developing sales pipelines and closing deals
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Open to receiving feedback for self-improvement and delivers feedback to others in a respectful and encouraging manner
Have a strong desire for personal and professional development through ongoing learning and participation in training initiatives
Embraces change and is willing to explore new methods, ideas, and experiences with a growth mindset
