As our Head of Science, you won't just manage a department — you will create it

You'll play a key role in designing a Science experience that sparks curiosity, encourages inquiry, and helps our students become critical thinkers and problem-solvers in an ever-changing world

What you'll be doing

• Leading and growing a vibrant Science team (Biology, Chemistry, Physics
• Building a strong, inquiry-led IB-aligned curriculum
• Creating classrooms where curiosity is encouraged, and questions are celebrated
• Supporting and mentoring teachers so they feel confident, inspired, and valued
• Ensuring students not only achieve well, but also love learning Science
• Driving innovation in STEM and hands-on learning

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is not just experienced, but passionate about making a difference

Someone who

• : Has led or is ready to step into a leadership role in Science
• Brings experience with IB (MYP/DP) or similar inquiry-based approaches
• Believes that great teaching is about engaging minds, not just delivering content
• Enjoys mentoring others and building a strong team
• Is excited by the idea of starting something new and shaping its future
