Head of Science - August 2026 start
Successful applicants will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Science, ideally specialising in Biology or Chemistry, or a closely related field, with a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/PGDE) or teaching licence.
- Proven leadership experience within a Science department or clear potential to step into a Head of Department role.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to lead on curriculum planning, assessment, and staff development.
- A consistent track record of outstanding teaching and learning, with evidence of excellent student progress and achievement.
