Head of Secondary Market – Real Estate

We are looking for an experienced Head of Secondary Market to build and lead our resale team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Build, manage and grow the secondary market team
• Recruit and train high-performing brokers
• Drive listings, transactions and team revenue
• Set sales targets and monitor performance
• Support brokers with negotiations and deal closing
• Develop strong relationships with sellers, buyers and investors

Requirements:

• Strong Dubai secondary market experience
• Proven team leadership and sales track record
• Excellent market knowledge and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and commercially focused
