Head of SME Credit Review

Job Responsibilities:

-Ensure that SME Portfolio is complying with CBE regulations, credit policy & procedures.

-Responsible for assessment quality & managing team performance.

-Participate in updating the policies & procedures yearly.

-Participate in the development of new products.

-Review & approve all business requests falling with delegated authorities.

-Recommend any needed process enhancements to facilitate & accelerate the review & approval cycle without comprising the risks.

-Overview team's portfolios & discuss any needed actions with business teams.

-Credit course certificate is mandatory.

-Required years of experience from 10- 12 in SME Risk.
