We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Software Development to lead our client's technical team and oversee their diverse ecosystem of enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure solutions and ensuring the high performance of our integrated platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable and secure solutions utilizing C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
- Platform Management: Leverage SharePoint and the Power Platform to enhance organizational workflows.
- System Integration: Manage API and Microservices integrations to ensure seamless data flow across the environment.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee deployment and management on cloud platforms, specifically Azure and Google Cloud.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain 99%+ system uptime and lead continuous performance optimization efforts.
- Enterprise System Oversight: Provide strategic direction and technical oversight for ERP, SaaS, HR, SIS, Finance, Dormitory, KPI, and various in-house developed systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Expertise in C#, .NET Framework/Core, and SQL Server.
- Proven experience with SharePoint and Power Platform development.
- Deep understanding of API design and Microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong track record of managing complex enterprise software suites.
- Bachelor's or Master Degree in IT
- 10 Years of Experience as a Developer is MUST
