About the Role

This is a senior executive leadership role responsible for the overall delivery of multiple large-scale construction projects under a main contracting environment.

The Head of Projects will lead the entire project execution function, ensuring projects are delivered in line with contractual commitments, approved budgets, and agreed schedules, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

The role requires a strong on-site leader with deep construction expertise, capable of managing Project Directors, Project Managers, engineering teams, and large subcontractor networks, while engaging confidently with consultants and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for multiple concurrent construction projects.
• Drive project execution from mobilization through construction, testing, and handover.
• Ensure strict adherence to contractual scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead, guide, and evaluate Project Directors, Project Managers, and senior site teams.
• Manage relationships with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Monitor project performance through structured reporting, KPIs, and progress reviews.
• Resolve complex technical, commercial, and execution challenges at project level.
• Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across all sites.
• Support executive management with project planning, risk assessment, and delivery strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 20+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects under main contracting organizations.
• Proven experience leading multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
• Strong exposure to high-rise buildings, large residential or mixed-use developments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large site teams and complex subcontractor packages.
• Solid understanding of construction contracts, execution planning, and project controls.
• Experience working in high-pressure, fast-track project environments.
