Job Description

  • Define and lead transformation roadmap aligned with corporate strategy
  • Establish governance frameworks and enforce standards for initiatives
  • Oversee portfolio management and prioritisation of projects based on ROI
  • Drive organisational capability and continuous improvement (Lean, Agile)
  • Lead technology integration and digital transformation initiatives
  • Provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Act as a mentor and coach to senior leaders

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree preferred; minimum Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or Technology
  • 10+ years of experience in transformation and strategic change leadership
  • Background in an international consulting firm, ideally with exposure to large, complex organisations
  • Experience in consumer-focused sectors
  • Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years working within the UAE or wider Middle East
  • Proven track record in PMO governance and enterprise-wide programmes
  • Strong exposure to digital transformation and innovation initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
