Head of Supply Chain

• Lead and manage the full supply chain function, including demand planning, forecasting, warehousing, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  
• Align supply chain operations with QSR industry requirements and service-level expectations.
  
• Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost optimization.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and logistics partners.
  
• Ensure inventory accuracy, stock availability, and effective replenishment cycles across multiple locations.
  
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and best practices.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Commercial) to support business planning and growth.
  
• Manage, mentor, and develop supply chain teams to achieve high performance.
  
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
  
• Support procurement activities experience in sourcing and vendor negotiation is an advantage.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 8-12 yearsof experience in supply chain roles, including 3-5 years in a managerial or head-of-function position.
  
• Mandatory:Experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industryor a similar high-volume food supply chain environment.
  
• Mandatory:Strong UAE market experience.
  
• Comprehensive knowledge of planning, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
  
• Experience in procurementis a strong plus.
  
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing multi-functional teams.
  
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
