Head of Trade Finance
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reports to: Head of Corporate Banking
We are hiring a senior Trade Finance leader to drive product development, sales, and business growth across corporate banking. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in trade finance, experience launching new products, and the ability to deepen client relationships and deliver revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Trade Finance agenda and grow revenue across corporate clients.
- Drive business development and trade sales, working closely with coverage teams.
- Develop and enhance trade products: structured trade, supply chain finance, LCs, LGs, and new digital trade solutions.
- Lead end-to-end product rollout and support change management for new initiatives.
- Strengthen governance, processes, and risk alignment across trade finance activities.
Requirements
- 12+ years in trade finance, trade sales, or trade product management.
- Strong technical knowledge of structured trade, SCF, LCs, LGs.
- Proven ability to drive BD, acquire clients, and grow wallet share.
- Experience launching new trade products and supporting transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management and corporate banking exposure; GCC experience a plus.
