Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Strategy and transformation Lead responsible for supporting the development and execution of the Group's strategy and transformation initiatives, translating strategic objectives into actionable programs, and ensuring effective governance, performance monitoring, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

  • Support group long-term strategy development through structured analysis, opportunity assessment, and benchmarking.
  • Develop strategic options, scenarios, and recommendations for executive decision-making.
  • Coordinate the annual business planning cycle across subsidiaries.

Transformation Execution

  • Lead strategic transformation initiatives across the organization ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to translate strategic objectives into deliverable programmed and projects.
  • Manage the implementation phases of transformation programs.
  • Ensure transformation initiatives have defined business cases, owners, milestones, and measurable benefits.

Governance & Performance Management

  • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Develop performance dashboards and reporting to track delivery of strategic objectives.
  • Support monthly and quarterly executive reviews with structured reporting and recommendations.
  • Drive policy development and governance processes to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Collaboration & Change Management

  • Collaborate and build consensus around strategic solutions with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and track the progress of transformation projects and identify risks with mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate change management across the organization.
  • Facilitate structured resolution of cross-entity strategic issues and priority conflicts.
  • Requirements

Background and Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Strategy, Management or similar fields.
  • CIPD, PMP, SHRM or equivalent is preferred.
  • Typically, 5 to 10 years experience within strategy, transformation or consulting environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering organisational change and transformation initiatives.

Non-Technical kills:

  • Excellent organizational skills, having the ability to prioritize workload whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Exposure to data gathering techniques and analysis, and reporting insights in a clear and effective way is desirable.
  • Ability to evaluate and manage unique challenges.
  • Excellent Arabic & English communication skills (verbal & written)
