Role Purpose
The Head of Group Transformation is responsible for establishing and leading the Group Transformation Office to deliver the organisation's long-term transformation agenda across the Group's portfolio, including Real Estate, Hospitality and Leisure.
The role will drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, ensure disciplined execution, and embed sustainable transformation capabilities across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
Group Transformation Leadership
- Establish, develop and lead the Group Transformation Office, driving multi-year strategic transformation objectives across all business units.
- Define transformation governance, standards and best practices to ensure consistency and transparency across the Group.
- Act as a trusted partner to Group Executive Leadership on the design, prioritisation and execution of strategic initiatives.
Programme Management & Change Enablement
- Lead thePMO and Change Management functions, ensuring effective delivery of large-scale transformation programmes.
- Ensure strong execution discipline, risk management, interdependency management and executive-level reporting.
- Drive organisational adoption and behavioural change to ensure transformation outcomes are embedded and sustained.
Business Case Management & Value Realisation
- Own the end-to-end business case lifecycle for all transformation initiatives, from concept and approval through to delivery and benefits tracking.
- Establish and govern a robust value realisation framework to ensure financial, operational and strategic benefits are achieved and measured.
Transformation Portfolio Oversight
- Provide enterprise-level oversight and governance of key transformation programmes, working in close partnership with Business Function Heads, who retain accountability for delivery.
- Key transformation areas include:
- Front Office: CRM
- Back Office: Modernisation - working closely with HR, Finance, Legal & Procurement
- Middle Office: Product
Capability Building & Future Growth
- Build a permanent, scalable transformation capability within the Group to support ongoing and future change initiatives.
- Lead or support complex initiatives including:
- New growth and diversification programmes
- Mergers, acquisitions, and joint venture integrations
- Develop internal talent, tools, and methodologies to enable consistent, high-quality transformation delivery across the Group.

Candidate Profile (Indicative)
- Proven senior leadership experience leading enterprise-wide transformation in large, complex organisations or conglomerates.
- Strong background in Group Transformation Offices, PMOs, or large-scale strategic programmes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, multi-business initiatives.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with hands-on experience in business case development and value realisation.
- Experience supporting M&A, JV integration, or large-scale organisational change is highly desirable.
