Position Overview
The Head of Treasury at Pay10.com will lead the full global treasury function, overseeing both Cross-Border Treasury and Treasury Interoperability & Systems. This role is accountable for the company's liquidity, foreign exchange risk, global fund flows, treasury technology infrastructure, and real-time treasury data ecosystem.
You will architect and execute the treasury strategy that supports Pay10.com's multi-country operations, ensuring compliant, efficient, and scalable financial infrastructure across all markets. The position directly manages cross-border liquidity operations, FX strategy, bank relationships, treasury systems, and data automation, while building a next-generation, interoperable treasury ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Treasury Leadership
- Define and implement Pay10.com's global treasury strategy, covering liquidity, FX risk, funding, automation, and governance.
- Build an operating model that integrates cross-border fund flows with real-time treasury technology and data visibility.
- Lead global treasury planning for market entry, corridor expansion, and regulatory licensing.
- Set treasury policies, controls, and risk frameworks across all Pay10.com entities.
Cross-Border Treasury Oversight
- Oversee multi-currency liquidity, treasury cash positions, and international settlement structures.
- Manage cross-border funding, capital repatriation, and entity-level liquidity optimization.
- Ensure compliance with central bank regulations, foreign exchange controls, and statutory treasury obligations.
- Lead FX exposure identification, hedging strategies, and execution frameworks.
- Own global banking relationships, correspondent banking networks, and pricing negotiations.
Interoperability & Treasury Systems Leadership
- Build and scale a fully integrated treasury technology ecosystem (TMS, ERP, banking APIs, reconciliation tools).
- Drive interoperability and automation, ensuring straight-through processing (STP) for payments, settlements, and deal flows.
- Oversee real-time dashboards for cash visibility, exposure management, liquidity forecasting, and treasury KPIs.
- Ensure robust data governance, system security, access controls, and audit-readiness.
- Partner with IT, Finance, Product, and Compliance to build treasury-supporting API layers and real-time integrations.
Team Leadership & Governance
- Lead the Cross-Border Treasury, Treasury Operations, and Treasury Systems/Interoperability teams.
- Establish SOPs, operating frameworks, and quality standards across the global treasury function.
- Provide treasury leadership during audits, regulatory interactions, and financial reviews.
- Mentor managers and grow a high-performance treasury team aligned with Pay10.com's scaling needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1215+ years of treasury experience in fintech, payments, banking, or multinational environments.
- Demonstrated leadership in multi-currency liquidity, cross-border settlements, and FX risk management.
- Strong experience in treasury systems, automation, API integrations, and ERP/TMS implementation.
- Deep understanding of global treasury regulations across MENA, GCC, Africa, Europe, and APAC.
- Proven success in building scalable treasury structures for high-growth, multi-entity organizations.
- Professional certifications (ACT, CTP, CFA) preferred but not mandatory.
