This role is responsible for driving the creative and operational vision behind all video content, with a strong emphasis on short-form, social-first videos tailored for high-profile government entities.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in video production, content creation, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing large creative/production teams.
• Strong creative vision with hands-on expertise in short-form video content.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and government communication standards.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with government entities in the UAE or region is a strong advantage.
