The organization is expanding its culinary leadership structure and is seeking a highly skilled sushi specialist to lead its sushi kitchen operations.
The Role
The Head Sushi Chef will oversee all sushi kitchen activities, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and innovation across all sushi offerings. The role is responsible for supervising sushi kitchen teams, maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards, supporting menu development, and ensuring operational efficiency within the section.
Working closely with senior culinary leadership, the Head Sushi Chef will contribute to culinary innovation, seasonal menu refinement, and the continuous elevation of the restaurants sushi offering in line with premium market expectations.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will bring substantial experience within high-end sushi restaurants or luxury Asian dining environments, demonstrating advanced mastery of sushi preparation techniques, premium seafood handling, and modern presentation standards.
