We are hiring: Head – Technology Transfer & Commercialization (TTO)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Sector: Academic / Healthcare Innovation

We are looking for an experienced TTO and commercialization leader to drive IP management, technology transfer and commercialization across biomedical, digital health, AI, medtech and clinical innovation.

Key Requirements:

• With family book

• 10–15 years of relevant technology transfer, IP or commercialization experience

• 5+ years of team management experience

• Strong experience in IP management, patents and licensing

• Proven experience with spin-outs, startups and investor engagement

• Experience with technology valuation, deal structuring and commercial negotiations

• Background in academic, healthcare, biotech, medtech or digital health

• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification required

• RTTP, AUTM or equivalent certification is an advantage
