Head Waiter

This is a full-time, on-site role as Head Waiter at Al Khozama Hotel & Residences, located in Jeddah. The Head Waiter will oversee the daily food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service and seamless dining experiences for guests. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, managing table settings, coordinating with the kitchen, addressing guest requests and concerns, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with team members and other departments to maintain the hotel's commitment to exceptional service.

• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure a welcoming and attentive guest experience
• Strong expertise in Food & Beverage management and Food Service operations
• Basic Cooking knowledge to collaborate effectively with the kitchen team
• Demonstrated leadership and the ability to train and mentor team members
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine-dining establishment
