About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Head Waiter to serve an Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI) in Dubai. This position requires the utmost professionalism, discretion, and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a background in private households, luxury hotels, or fine dining establishments, with a refined understanding of etiquette and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver impeccable table service for daily meals, formal dinners, and high-profile events.
- Supervise and coordinate the service team to ensure seamless operations and consistent excellence.
- Prepare dining areas, table settings, and dcor in accordance with household standards and preferences.
- Collaborate with the Chef and Butler team to ensure timely and flawless meal presentation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of discretion at all times.
- Manage inventory of tableware, glassware, linens, and other dining-related supplies.
- Train and mentor junior staff in fine dining etiquette and service protocols.
- Ensure every dining experience reflects luxury, precision, and personalization.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar role within luxury hospitality or private estates.
- Strong command of international service standards, fine dining etiquette, and formal table settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor.
- Ability to anticipate needs and thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Prior UAE experience preferred.
